How do I cancel my membership subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We recently switched payment platforms, so you might have to try both to find your order (but they are both super easy). You can also Click on SUPPORT in the top menu to send us a message, and we’ll take care of it for you.

First, Click this link. Enter your email, and you will receive an email link to your orders.

If you can’t find it there…

Head over to the support site and log into your account. Select “Orders” then “More Details” under your subscription. There you will find the option to cancel your membership subscription.

If you can’t find your order or have any problems canceling, Click on support on the top menu to get in touch with us, so we can take care of it for you.
