If you joined between June 2017 and June 2020 your subscription and any purchases made outside of the online shop are stored directly with the payment processor. You can access and update this information at any time by going to: https://chrissajnog.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/
If you joined after June of 2020 go to chrissajnog.com/support and select “Orders.” From there, select “show details” under your membership and click the pencil icon to update your credit card info.
