How to Never Suffer From Lack of Motivation Again

Many people think motivation is something that just comes to you and that’s a myth. Motivation is something that you have to build for yourself over time. What I’ve found is that fear stops people from being able to build motivation. You have to fight through this fear of the unknown and you just need to start doing – the motivation building begins when you take those first steps toward actually doing something.

There are 4 things you need to build motivation:

  • Focus
  • Effort
  • Attitude
  • Repetition

Why do you want to learn this new skill? That’s where your focus should be. Knowing why you want to do something is the first step toward building motivation to actually do it. Then you have to be willing to work hard and you have to maintain a positive attitude that you can do this! Finally, you have to repeat your effort EVERY DAY. Improvement takes time, but put in the work and you’ll see results.
