This policy outlines and defines the guarantee and what you will need to do in the unlikely event you don’t like your product.
Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to a product return to Center Mass Group where:
- The product is received back to Center Mass Group within 30-days following the date of purchase;
- The returned product is unused, in original packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling Center Mass Group to resell the item as new;
- You comply with the return procedure set out below; and
- None of the exclusions set out below apply.
Procedures
In order to take advantage of your rights under this return policy, you must:
- Notify Center Mass Group in writing that you are not happy with your product and would like to return it. You can send a message here.

- Once item is received in good condition you will receive a full refund.
Exchanges
If the item you received is defective, contact us and we’ll make it right.
If you ordered a garment and it’s the wrong size, follow the return information above and we’ll send you a different size.

- Subscriptions, Memberships and Digital Products (separate cancellation and refund policy applies)
- Items included free with purchase
- Prizes
